How much of the media you consume is Global?

Very little of the media we consume is global the majority of television, radio and newspapers are either constrained to the UK or are largely American. The majority of televesion shows tody except soaps come from America and therefore contain their values. As do films, there are very few blockbuster films that have been produced in England nowadays.

The internet allows you to consume media from accross the global, so perhaps the internet is the only place where America dosen't dominate.

Also the news is a global thing as it contains reports from accross the world and dosen't really present any American values.
