The biggest technological developed programme online in our generation is Facebook. Facebook was created for people to become socially connected in all areas and communities. It has now become so popular that everyone has a profile globally from all different cultures and ages. As compared to any other social programme such as Twitter, Bebo and MySpace, Facebook is the most popular and recognisable.
When it started it was aimed at the teenage population only however as it has become global it has been accessible to more people of different ages. As the generations change, people keep their accounts however the younger generation join therefore it continues to be a hit.
