What do you think has been the biggest development in online technology in your generation?

The obvious choice is social networking in our generation however I feel that online shopping is one of the biggest developments online technology has to offer. Nowadays you can purchase everything bar a few exceptions. Websites such as Ebay, Amazon, iTunes, Supermarkets (Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys), smaller community websites like Craigslist and Gumtree. Your even able to purchase insurances for everything. This development has moved on further due to increases in technology with people who have a mobile phone that can access the internet to buy things on their phone.
